He shares his knowledge as a lecturer at FOM University and as an author for corporate strategy and agile transformation.
Christa has long-time experience in corporate management, consulting, and coaching.
In her coaching, she accompanies clients in the various phases of change processes. She knows how to unfold and develop, jointly with her clients, their individual potential and shape change processes successfully.
Christa develops seminars and training courses on almost all relevant change topics organisations face. Target groups are start-ups, small and medium-sized companies and their employees on all hierarchy levels.
Tim has been working in the consulting industry for more than 20 years. The design of reorganizations and implementation of change processes has continuously accompanied him in his various roles.
For five years he was a manager with responsibility for teams of different sizes. Due to his broad knowledge, he understands the challenges faced by organizations and their leadership teams.
He is a certified Scrum Master, Product Owner, SAFe Program Consultant and New Work Professional.
