Looking back on a successful and instructive year

This year has taught us a lot and we have gained a lot of experience. Our concepts for #remote and hybrid teams in the agile world received unexpected attention and the topics “#trust and #transparency” were present everywhere.

With the “#remotescrum”initiative, we worked with the community to create great content that really helps in day-to-day remote work. Everything of course # open-source on www.remote-scrum.de

The book “Remote the new Gold” was finally finished on this subject (https://amzn.to/36Y8jGa). Interesting and entertaining content for managers in the remote environment.

Our Agilizer Academy (www.agilizer-academy.de) has included interesting new courses on the new topic of digital & agile. The remote curriculum that has been around for years expanded with new courses such as the rUpster (https://bit.ly / 3qJ8m0K).

In the course of our assignments in the scaled agile environment, we also became a silver partner at Scaled Agile (https://bit.ly/36ZUqYa). This complements our partnerships with other organizations such as Management 3.0.

And by the way, we have a new APP on offer for android and Apple (https://apple.co/3mZqEIP). In the Agilizer toolbox you will find many materials as digital versions, which were otherwise available as hard copies in trainings and workshops. Just have it always with you in your mobile phone. for free.

Anyone who is not so into digital, but rather has something touchy in their hands: Since 2020 you can order material for workshops & trainings directly in the new shop https://www.agilizer-academy.com/hardware-shop/

Unfortunately, many materials in an agile environment are not available in German; we intend to change that. On the one hand there is now a glossary for German agile terms (https://agilizer.de/wissen/), on the other hand we produced more videos on our Youtube channels in 2020 (https://bit.ly/2LomkVD and https: //bit.ly/3grRmqV). The NWS Channel even passed the 1,000 subscriber barrier this year, which we are a little proud of. Unfortunately we do not have yet as many followers on ourFacebook pages(https://bit.ly/3lYHlTa and https://bit.ly/37NyUVJ) and Instagram account (https://bit.ly/2K9NsXq) with these numbers.

We could go on with the list, but we close with a BIG THANKS to all of our Agilizer partners, colleagues and customers who made this year so interesting.

We look forward to 2021,

Your Agilizer Academy & New Work Solutions team
